A true local, Marti was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. Since an early age, health and fitness have always been a core passion. As a holistic health coach, she loves to watch people become their best self through movement, intention and dedication. Her obsession with loud, heavy-bass music naturally compliments her love for fitness, making cycling a match-made-in-heaven. Her passion for spin really took fire when she moved to Denver in 2017. She put in the hard work and in turn, she became the happiest version of her self through teaching spin and kickboxing in the city. True love brought Marti back to Montana, but something was missing: fitness instructing.

PsycleMT was born through friendship and passion, and Marti is proud to be co-owner and head of training, instruction, and all things sweat at PsycleMT. When not at the studio, you can find her on an outdoor adventure, which most likely involves any of the following: tacos, tequila, sunshine, coffee and always good vibes. Marti believes we rise by lifting others through our everyday actions. Get ready, she’s excited to share her contagious energy and love for spin with you at every single one of her classes.

ALI

Co-Owner • Marketing • Guest Instructor

The mastermind behind the brand and all the black, meet Ali. She is proud co-owner of PsycleMT while wearing about half-a-dozen other hats in her career-life. She hails from the eastern side of the state, but is no stranger to the mountains; when she's not in her home office, you'll find her camping, rafting, on the lake, or sitting in the sun with her hubby, toddler, and two huskies, Ellie and Luna.

Ali loves all things spin, including the loud music and the mental release it provides, sweating out all the thoughts that don't serve her and pushing past what's holding her back. She is excited to bring a new business and new wellness to Lakeside, hoping others will find the way out of their comfort zones to discover something new that energizes and motivates them through the different seasons of life.

Catch Ali on the podium for guest appearances here and there, and for her favorite theme ride, Climb & Country! You may not always see her at the studio, but she's the tech behind PsycleMT's social media, website, admin, and all things creative.

MICHELLE

Born and raised surrounded by the Great Lakes, Michelle hails to the our treasure state from Michigan. Happiest and her best self when she’s outdoors soaking in the fresh air. You can find Michelle trail running, mountain biking, snowboarding and hiking with her kiddos. New to instructing, but no stranger to spin and all things fitness, Michelle is beyond excited to share her passion through movement with the community she loves and values. Why is she excited to teach at PsycleMT? To encourage others to reach their goals as healthier versions of themselves so they can in turn spread positivity.

LIZ

Introducing a dynamic force behind the bike is Liz whose local roots trace back to the Flathead Valley. Raised with four brothers and an amazing sister, Liz's love for the outdoors began in her infancy, exploring mountains in a backpack.

Whether trail running, biking, or snowboarding, Liz thrives on outdoor adventures. Beyond the adrenaline, she's a culinary enthusiast, infusing love into her cooking and baking, creating memorable meals and treats for family and friends.

Off-duty, you’ll find Liz slinging drinks at the bar at Tamarack Brewing Co. or or enjoying a sunny cup of coffee. With Liz at the helm of your spin class, expect not just a workout but a burst of contagious enthusiasm for life that will inspire and motivate riders to reach new heights – both on and off the bike.

PAIGE

A Flathead Valley local, Paige is a work-from-home ultimate mama. Pushing herself out of her own comfort zone, she’s new to instructing, but a natural on the bike. PsycleMT was a self-proclaimed challenge to become more confident, community-driven, and to ultimately discover the depth of her inner strength. Paige is excited to motivate with her down-to-earth energy and for her positivity to shine through to help each rider tackle their own hurdles and achieve success with each class. Away from the studio, you will find Paige spending time with her family, managing their vacation rentals Glacier Contained, somewhere on a boat, traveling, reading a good book and eating spicy food.

SAMANTHA

Meet Sam, the newest spin instructor at PsycleMT! Originally from Seattle, she traded city life for Montana's thrill after high school. Whether on slopes, peaks, or in town, Sam embraces every adventure.

Currently in nursing school and a dedicated CNA, Sam's passion extends to motivating her community through spin. Sam's love affair with spin began in Montana, where she sought a tight-knit fitness community outside the traditional gym setting. Discovering a studio in Whitefish, she quickly fell head over heels for the rhythmic and energetic spin sessions. According to Sam, it's not just a workout; it's like dancing on a bike!

With a playlist as diverse as her adventures, Sam's musical tastes range from country to pop to EDM, as long as it packs a powerful bass punch. Get ready to embark on a fitness journey that transcends the ordinary, as Sam takes you on a ride filled with fun choreo dance moves and a fire playlist every time. Let the excitement begin as Sam gets back in the saddle, ready to make every spin session at PsycleMT an unforgettable experience!
